For a national financial services provider, Adaptive systems integrated call center transactional and quality analytics data from an external system (Call Miner) with their internal data in order to create a data mart. Using Microsoft Power BI, Adaptive Systems built and demonstrated prototypes of dashboards to visualize and correlate key measures, explore relationships, and gain insights into best practices and opportunities for improvement.
